2024/25 Subscription Offer
The Learn Sheffield Subscription offer for 2024/25 is below, including a booklet containing information about the offer. This sits alongside a recorded update from our CEO Stephen Betts introducing the new revised offer. The new subscription model is different to the previous offer and is much more flexible, so we hope that the recording will be a helpful place to start!

Leadership Menu
The options in the Leadership theme of the menu are below:
SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PARTNER
A three day SIP package, which can be delivered in half-day or full day visits. The number
of days can be scoped to meet your needs and reports can be incorporated, or added
(typically costing £375 full price, or half a day) if required.
Providing the external expert input for the process – standard or enhanced (to include a
mid-year external input) packages available.
LEADERSHIP INDUCTION PROGRAMME
This programme is for newly appointed headteacher/principals (or equivalent). Half-termly
mentorship sessions (60-90 minutes), accompanied by three bespoke twilight training
sessions.
LEADER WELLBEING PROGRAMME
Half-termly mentorship sessions (60-90 minutes), which can be tailored by the school
leader with a single mentor or a series of bespoke sessions.
ASPIRING LEADERS PROGRAMME
Half-termly mentorship sessions (60-90 minutes), which can be tailored by the school
leader with a single mentor or a series of bespoke sessions.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND EVENTS
Individual places can be bought for the
leadership conference, seminars and
breakfasts plus other programmes available
in the Sheffield Members and Core
Subscription offers.
Prices available on request.
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP COURSES
Places can be used on a wide range of existing
and new Strategic Leadership courses. (Note:
one place on a standard course is included in the
Core Subscription offer).
