Sheffield RE Agreed Syllabus

The new Sheffield Agreed Syllabus was launched on Tuesday 31 October and is available below.

This new syllabus is available in 2023/24 for schools and academies to begin to use when it is the right time for them.

The existing syllabus (2019-2024) continues to also be available until the end of the current school year. It is available below and schools can continue to use it until they transition to the new syllabus by September 2024.

‘Enquiring Minds & Open Hearts: Religious Education for all’ is the Agree Syllabus for RE in Sheffield. This revised document (2019-2024) was formally approved at a Sheffield SACRE Agreed Syllabus Conference in October 2019.
