The 2021 Autumn Festival week 3 is now ready to be rewatched! Every session in the festival is recorded and available to watch online for Sheffield subscribing schools and academies.

Over the past 3 weeks we were joined by Create Sheffield to deliver their ‘Why Creativity Matters NOW’ strand of the online festival along with their education colleagues and arts and cultural organisations who shared brilliant examples of creative practice in school settings through partnerships. The breadth of work in the City is fantastic and we urge you all to catch-up on any session you have missed, we think they will both inspire and motivate you. Create Sheffield have written a summary alongside the recordings, which can be found in the links below and on our Stories

During the final week of the Why Creativity Matters NOW conversations, Primary Music Teacher and Freelance Music Education Practitioner Becky Stroud alongside Assistant Headteacher Amy Willoughby and Create Sheffield Programme Manager Sophie Hunter shared information to support schools and arts & cultural organisations to collaborate successfully and find approaches to overcome challenges they might face.

Each session is also summarised in the festival news section of the Autumn Online Festival website, which you can select using the buttons at the top of the page alongside the buttons which select which themes within the programme you can see.

To access the recordings, you will need to be logged in to the website. Once you are logged in you will see the sessions which have recordings displayed with an option to ‘view’. If you do not have your school login information then contact us at enquiries@learnsheffield.co.uk to request it.

Your login and password can be shared with colleagues across your school community (including staff, governors, and trustees) but should not be shared outside this. You will have one password for everyone to use.

The festival continues next week with more sessions on Leadership and Curriculum and the Anti-racist Educator Programme.
