Sheffield Schools Autism Conference

Understanding and supporting autistic children. As a City, we recognise the demands schools are under to meet the challenging and complex needs of autistic pupils. We are hosting a conference with the clear aim of helping our autistic pupils to thrive within mainstream school.

This conference is suitable for headteachers, senior leaders, SENDCos and practitioners and aims to bring together ideas, strategies and approaches in order to equip school staff with practical ideas for our ever changing SEND landscape.

We are passionate about the Social Model of Disability and all our speakers, workshops and stall holders will compliment current neurodiverse approaches.

This training is taking place at Niagara Conference and Leisure, S6 1LU.

Please note, the cost to attend this conference is £50 per delegate. Lunch and refreshments are included. There is a maximum 3 places per school to allow all schools to participate

The conference is taking place on the 7th of July 2023 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
