Resources

We are developing a number of free and paid-for resources to enhance the computing curriculum.
Free Resources
At the latest work group meeting in October, colleagues reviewed the new AI tool from the Oak National Academy, investigated whether ChatGPT could generate as good a resource as TeachMateAI, and developed a one-page Acceptable Use Policy for AI use by teachers that can be adapted by different settings.
Acceptable Use Policy for AI – Please note that this should be adapted to meet the priorities of your own setting and needs to be reinforced by robust safeguarding, GDPR and assessment policies.
Aila – Oak National Review – The new AI tool from Oak National Academy can be used to create lesson resources.
TeachMateAI v ChatGPT – Can a free tool generate as good an output as the subscription service TeachMateAI? Read the (limited) review.
