LS Education: Training

The training offer has changed significantly in response to your feedback. It is now scoped around the concept of ‘supporting the whole team’ to include more options for a wider range of colleagues and roles in each setting or MAT. This is an important change, which widens the impact of training beyond just leaders, as it has been in previous years.

The offer is now more accessible and now includes self-directed and on-site options to the existing in-person or online central training. This responds to the challenge leaders have faced in being able to release colleagues for training.

Self-Directed Central Online Central In-Person Bespoke (On-site)
