Keynote Speaker

Helen Lane (Senior Regional HMI)

We are delighted to be joined by Helen Lane, the Senior Regional HMI for Yorkshire and Humber, who will be providing an Ofsted update. Helen became an HMI in April 2013 and has extensive senior leadership experience, including four years as a headteacher. She has worked both as a School Improvement Advisor and as a Science Advisory Teacher.

As you will be aware from the Sheffield Priorities Development Programme, the Leaders’ Briefings are bigger and better this year and we are keen that they bring together leaders from the Special, Secondary & Primary sectors to hear high quality local, regional and national speakers.  Please note that this will mean that we will not be able to record briefings this year. The briefings remain free to all Sheffield colleagues, we look forward to seeing you on 28 September and will be in touch shortly about future dates, venues and keynote speakers.
