Published: 5 October 2016
The Cultural Consortium supports a SNAP Network of CYP Arts and Culture Practitioners and this event wants to bring them together with teachers to work together as equals.

The Cultural Consortium supports a SNAP Network of CYP Arts and Culture Practitioners.  There is also a Schools Culture Network which is led by Sheffield TSA at Silverdale.  We want to bring these two groups together for an afternoon of learning and discussion and we have earmarked Thursday 17 November at Millennium Galleries for this to happen.

We want 10 - 20 teachers from schools (Primary, Secondary & Special) who will be able to engage with another 10 - 20 culture and arts colleagues (such as participation coordinators at Sheffield Museums, Theatres etc) - AS EQUALS.  We will be doing practical things for the classroom and also discussing the development of the Sheffield Cultural Education Partnership.
